1. Scope & Data Controller

Rocket Software Group ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website https://rocketsoftware.ge, including our public systems-engineering reference guides and interactive capacity calculators. We are committed to strict data minimization, cryptographic security, and full transparency regarding how visitor data and browser cookies are handled.

We structure our website so that you can read all technical blueprints and run all engineering calculators without creating an account or submitting personal identifiers. We process limited categories of data only in the following contexts:

  • Direct RFP & Briefing Inquiries: When you prepare a technical brief using our contact form and transmit it via email to partnerships@rocketsoftware.ge, we receive your name, corporate email address, organization name, and technical specification solely to evaluate feasibility, execute a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and respond to your inquiry.
  • Standard HTTP Server Logs: Like all web servers, our hosting infrastructure records transient network telemetry (IP address, request timestamp, HTTP status code, user-agent string, and referrer header) strictly for DDoS mitigation, TLS diagnostics, and security auditing.
  • Advertising & Measurement Signals: On public editorial and tool pages, we use Google AdSense to help support the ongoing maintenance of our open engineering guides and calculators, as detailed in Section 4 below.

3. Client-Side Engineering Tools Guarantee

All inputs entered into our Engineering Calculators (including SLA targets, regional topologies, LLM parameter counts, concurrent batch streams, and consensus voter selections) are evaluated 100% locally inside your browser's JavaScript runtime. Calculator values are never transmitted to our servers, logged in databases, or shared with third parties.

To support open access to our technical monographs and engineering utilities without paywalls, selected content pages display contextual or personalized advertisements served by Google AdSense.
